KPDS low-voltage rail power supply series electric flat carts are powered by rail sliding contact lines. The ground step-down transformer steps down the AC 380V power supply to AC 36V three-phase, which are respectively connected to three rails (adding a conductor rail), and are introduced through the rails. In the vehicle electrical box, the three-phase AC 36V is boosted to AC 380V through the step-up transformer, and then the AC metallurgical motor is controlled by the AC control system to control the start, stop, forward, backward, and speed regulation of the flat car. This series of electric flat cars can be used in S-shaped track, curved track and high temperature occasions; hydraulic or mechanical lifting systems and other devices can be installed on the platform of the flat car; automatic remote control can be realized.
